It’s simple design features a swivelling elbow joint to allow easy movement while sleeping, adjustable headgear for the right fit, and powerful heat and moisture exchange (HME) for waterless humidification.  

The BMC P2H offers the comfort and benefits of humidification without the requirement of a traditional CPAP water humidifier. The P2H HME captures the moisture from the patient’s breath and uses it to create humidification.
