Device Modes

Flow Aspire Mode

Passive expiratory flow acceleration for secretion clearance using the Flow Aspire Adaptor. Mobilises mucus during natural breathing with no patient effort required.

  • Protects collapsible airways by avoiding negative pressure
  • Suitable for weak, ineffective, or non-cooperative patients

IPV Mode — Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation

Delivers high-frequency percussive ventilation for secretion mobilisation. Compatible with mouthpiece, mask, ETT, or tracheostomy tube. A humidifier can be attached in Percussor mode.

Pressures up to 70 cmH₂O
Frequency 50–600 BPM
IE Ratio 1:5 – 5:1

Cough Assist / MI-E Mode

Five modes — Automatic, Manual, Auto Adaptive, Air Stacking, and Trainer — with powerful flows for highly effective cough assist therapy.

  • Pressure up to 70 cmH₂O with three rise times
  • Trigger sensitivity regulation — 9 levels for auto-adaptive modes
  • Programmable air stacking up to 7 steps
  • Oscillatory function during insufflation and exsufflation
  • Live and recorded waveforms to assist settings titration
  • Display of inspired volumes and peak inspiratory flow
