Refund and Returns Policy


Faulty Items must be returned to BMedical for assessment and in some cases to the Manufacturer. Some items have a replacement warranty in which case the product will be replaced for new. Other items will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturers warranty policy.

Non faulty, unused product returns may incour a a 15% restocking fee. Returns can only be accepted with a Return Authorsation(RA) No. and within 10 days of the original invoice date. The goods must be in Original Saleable Condition. If sealed items have been opened they can not be returned. The customers account will not be credited until CPAP Australia has received the item and it has passed our inspection. No returns will be accepted after this time.

Faulty goods can be exchanged after obtaining a Return Authority Number (RA No.) from our office.
