Can it be worn with prescription glasses?

AYOpro is designed to be able to be used with the most common prescription glasses’ frames. The AYOpro wearable has a flexible nosepiece, which can be adjusted to allow an easier positioning of both the prescription glasses and the wearable. By bending the nosepiece horizontally, AYOpro becomes more like a frame, which can be put on top of the prescription glasses. For an optimal experience and whenever possible, we recommend using AYOpro glasses without prescription glasses as the glasses can interfere with the light diffusion of AYOpro glasses. If you use prescription glasses with a blue-light blocking filter, ensure that the filter is not blocking blue-turquoise light of 470 nm of wavelength since the light from AYOpro glasses will not be efficient.

How does this work? Is it worn in the mornings only? 

The recommended usage is one or two 20-min sessions in the morning upon waking up. However, it depends on the desired effect (i.e. adjusting sleep-wake cycle, boosting energy, improving sleep, alleviating jet lag, etc.). In the AYOpro app offers tailored program for when it should be used for different requirements.
